Cape Cod

Just got back from the Cape last week.  This beautiful cottage was in the area of Sandwich, I believe.

I hadn't been there in about 12 years, which is ridiculous since it's only 2 1/2 hours away.  I don't like the touristy crowds so June is a perfect time to visit.  This time we drove all over - from Provincetown to Chatham, along Route 6A from Eastham to Falmouth, Hyannis, Bourne.  I just like to look at pretty houses and gardens and eat yummy food.  I'm not too much of a beach person since I'm a whiter shade of pale and can get a rash from too much sun.

I am the worse record-keeper.  I think the first two pictures are P-town and the others Hyannis.

Yes, Alissa, like I said, I need to go there more often.

I agree with you about going in June...or September is actually my favorite month. The weather is still warm, the water is warm and the tourists are gone.

Yeah, the traffic can be insane, and forget parking! P-town is always a little crazy, though. I've never been in September, just June and August.
